Training was good, but onboarding flow stood out
Compared to other remote workflow software and related training I've experienced, WFHI's approach felt refreshingly structured. The onboarding was particularly smooth, which caught me by surprise because often that stage tends to be cluttered or unclear. The step-by-step guides aligned well with the user interface, making it easier for me to get the basics down quickly. Training content was thorough and paced well, which is different from some other platforms where you either get rushed or too much theoretical detail. That said, I noticed a minor downside: the training didn’t fully cover some use cases I would have expected, especially regarding custom settings in the dialer and the database integration. I had to figure out a few things myself, which slightly diminished the overall smoothness. Still, compared to what I was used to before, this was a definite upgrade. The automatic updates during training sessions were helpful since they kept the content relevant and current. Overall, a positive experience with a slight gap in comprehensive scenarios, but the onboarding flow really made a difference for me.
