Training was good but onboarding felt like a bit of effort
The training sessions themselves were quite informative and the instructors were generally responsive to questions, which I appreciated. However, the overall onboarding experience demanded a significant amount of effort on my side. Setting up the database and getting familiar with the calling tools took more time than I initially expected. While the training tried to cover everything, sometimes the pace felt a bit fast, requiring me to pause and review certain parts on my own. The telephonic support was helpful but not always immediately available, which added to the slight delay in progress. Automatic software updates were seamless and didn’t interrupt my workflow, which was a definite plus. In the end, the process was worthwhile—I can see how this foundation will help me handle remote workflows effectively, though I’d suggest anticipating a fair bit of dedicated time for onboarding rather than expecting it to be quick or effortless.
