Training was good but had its rough patches too
I started the onboarding training expecting a smooth experience, and for the most part, it was pretty straightforward. The modules covered the database features and calling tools clearly, and I could follow along easily. However, once I hit a snag when my dialer didn't connect properly, I wasn't sure what to do right away. The training did mention troubleshooting, but I felt it could have gone a bit deeper on those issues. Luckily, support was available to help me get over that hump. Still, I liked how the training didn't shy away from showing common mistakes and ways to fix them, which made me feel more confident rather than frustrated. The casual tone of the sessions made the whole process feel less overwhelming compared to other software. Also, the automatic updates kept things current without interrupting my workflow, which was great. So yeah, it wasn't perfect – some parts went better than others – but overall, it balanced the good guidance with real-world bumps nicely.
