Training was different than expected, not always better
Comparing the training and onboarding with what I had used before, I found WorkFromHomeIndia’s approach somewhat different than my expectations. I had anticipated a more streamlined and consistent structure, but the way training was segmented meant that sometimes information felt repetitive to an extent, while at other times some key details were glossed over or left for me to explore independently. The clarity of the instructions was generally good, but the pacing did not always match my prior experience, where previous training was faster but clearer on next steps. I also felt that the initial access to the software was slightly slower than what I was used to, which affected my momentum. While the software itself works well and the automatic updates bring in changes without fuss, the onboarding felt less tailored to varying levels of experience. I would have preferred a clearer map of the whole process upfront to know what to expect. In summary, the training leaned more on self-navigation than I had hoped and that did influence how smoothly I adapted to the platform in its early stages.
