Training Was Detailed but Missing Some Practical Context

I found the onboarding and training experience with WFHI to be quite structured compared to others I have used before, especially in terms of breaking down what you can do with the software’s calling tools and database features. There were clear step-by-step guides that helped me grasp the basics early on, which I appreciated. However, something I noticed was a lack of deeper real-world examples that could have made the training more practical. For example, while the automatic updates and dialer functionalities were introduced well, I often found myself wondering how these would adapt to different remote work scenarios, as the training didn’t provide extensive case studies. Also, compared to my prior experience with other remote workflow software, the telephonic support during onboarding felt less proactive. They answered my questions but didn't always anticipate the follow-up doubts I had, so it felt like I had to do extra legwork. Still, the billing and payment process was smooth, avoiding any unnecessary complications, which is a plus. Overall, I think WFHI’s training is solid but could be enriched with additional context and advanced tips tailored to varied workflows. That would help users like me who want to optimize usage without much trial and error. I’ll continue using the platform, hoping future training updates include these improvements.
