Training was decent, but thoda zyada waiting tha
Training sessions were generally helpful and covered the basics well, mujhe samajh mein aa gaya basics during onboarding. Lekin thoda lagta tha kabhi kabhi ki time ka full use nahi ho raha hai because of repetition in explaining the same points across multiple sessions. Waiting between the modules bhi kabhi kabhi frustrating part tha, especially when I wanted to practice calling tools aur dialer. I did like that the database explanations were thorough, made linking data easier for my workflow. Though I was hoping the automatic updates would speed up the process, they didn’t change much in how I moved forward. Overall, main bolaungi ki training achhi thi, par agar thoda zyada dynamic aur interactive hota, toh wait kam hota and I wouldn’t have felt held back at times.
