Training was decent but the ongoing parts stood out the most
So, my experience with the training and onboarding for WFHI was a bit of a mixed bag. The initial setup was mostly straightforward, with one-off tasks like account configuration and familiarizing myself with the software. That part went fine. However, what really caught my attention was how much ongoing adjustment was actually necessary. There were constant small updates and tweaks I had to make week to week, especially when using the dialer and database features. At first, I thought once I was through the onboarding, it would be mostly smooth sailing, but the ongoing nature of some training elements made me realize it's pretty dynamic. On the plus side, that ongoing support meant I gradually got better with the system and it felt more tailored over time. So while the setup itself was nice, it’s the continuous learning that really sticks out in my mind as the key part of the whole experience.
