Training was decent but ongoing guidance lacking

The initial training session covered all the main functionalities, but the transition from training to daily use was not as smooth as I hoped. Some parts of the onboarding felt rushed, especially the setup of the calling tools and the database management, which seemed to require more hands-on support than what was made available. Once the basics were completed, I found myself needing further clarification without much structured follow-up. The one-off setup explained in the training did get me started, but ongoing guidance or refresher help was minimal. To sum it up, the initial help was good enough, but I expected the training to be more continuous, which unfortunately it wasn’t.
