Training was consistent, but ongoing support lacked clarity
The training and onboarding experience started off well with clear instructions and straightforward setup. However, as days went by, I noticed that there was a lack of continuous guidance for some of the day-to-day features. While software updates rolled out without issues, the follow-up support didn’t always clarify new tools or interface changes adequately. I expected a bit more active communication or tutorial refreshers so users like me don’t have to guess what’s new. Despite that, the essential features and training materials remain functional and reliable overall.
