Training was confusing in some parts

The onboarding steps weren’t always in the best order from my perspective. I started off thinking it would be all straightforward, like following a recipe, but ended up feeling a bit lost in the middle. They introduced the calling tools before I really understood how to set up the database properly, so I was fumbling around without a proper foundation. Also, the training materials seemed a bit jumbled; at one point they circled back to topics they’d mentioned earlier but without much new explanation, which made me wonder if I missed something the first time. The telephonic support was okay; at least they answered when I called, but that didn’t fully fix the confusion about the sequence. What really stood out was how the flow didn’t quite lead me through the steps logically, which slowed down my learning process more than I expected. I think if the steps were reorganized to build up skillsets progressively, it would be much smoother. As of now, I’m still piecing together different parts, and that could have been less frustrating if the onboarding was structured better.
