Training was confusing because labels made no sense

The training started fine but quickly I found the wording and labels used throughout extremely unclear. There was no consistent language or easily understandable prompts either on the dashboard or during the onboarding steps. It felt like the different parts of the software were named randomly, which made navigating the calling tools and database features very frustrating. Despite the telephonic support trying to help, the lack of clear terms threw me off regularly. This confusion slowed down my entire process and made me question if the training was really designed with users in mind. So, while the sign-up process was fine, the onboarding training clearly needs better wording for it to work properly.
