I had high hopes for the training process, expecting a smooth onboarding experience. Unfortunately, it was quite frustrating. There was a lot of repetition, which made it feel tedious and drawn out. I found myself waiting for long periods without clear guidance, and it left me feeling lost rather than prepared. This was definitely not the experience I was hoping for.
