Training was confusing and not very clear, not recommended to friends

I was really hoping the onboarding and training would be straightforward but it turned out quite frustrating. The explanations often felt rushed or left out important details, which made it difficult to get a solid grip on how the software was supposed to work. Even simple things like how to properly use the dialer weren't clear, and I had to figure out a lot on my own, which wasn’t ideal for someone new. There was some support available but I found the communication quite robotic and not very personalized. I do appreciate that the online materials were accessible, yet they lacked depth to handle real user questions effectively. My only reservation is that I might have benefited from a more guided process or maybe some interactive sessions. Honestly, if you want quick training with clear guidance right from the start, this might not be the best fit. I’d tell a friend to consider alternatives or at least be prepared for some trial and error in learning. It’s a decent product if you are persistent, but the entry barrier felt unnecessarily high.
