Training was clear but some labels caused confusion
I found the training sessions to be generally well-organized and the step-by-step instructions had a logical flow that helped me follow along. The overall wording felt professional and mostly easy to understand. However, there were moments where some labels in the onboarding screens didn't align well with common terminology I was expecting. For example, terms like "Client Input" And "Project Task" Overlapped in a way that made it slightly hard to differentiate between stages in the platform. This caused me to hesitate a few times while setting up the remote workflows and made me double-check what each one meant. On the plus side, the training materials clearly explained how to use the dialer and calling tools, which I found very helpful. The database feature was accessible but a bit overwhelming at first glance due to the complexity of filtered information. Invoicing and payment instructions were straightforward, which was a relief. Though I appreciate the overall onboarding, I wish the wording could be a bit more intuitive to avoid minor confusion during setup.
