The onboarding and training sessions explained the software features in a very straightforward and easy-to-understand way, which was great. I appreciated how each step was broken down methodically so things didn’t feel overwhelming. The way they introduced the calling tools and database features was practical and relevant to everyday tasks I’d be handling. What was missing though was more case studies or examples of typical workflow scenarios that would help connect the dots faster and make the content stick even better. Still, the clear explanations did do the job in getting me ready to use the software effectively. I found that once I started practicing, it all made more sense. Overall, it’s a solid training package, just feels like it could be more enriched for those who want to dive deeper from the start.
