Training was better than expected
Having previously used basic software for workflow management, I expected the WFHI training and onboarding to be fairly standard. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The training modules were comprehensive and well-structured, which made it easier for me to grasp the complexities of remote workflows. Compared to my old tools, the efficiency of the onboarding experience felt significantly better. Yet, I would say that there were some aspects of the database features that could have been explained a bit more clearly. Overall, the training set a solid foundation for me to navigate through the software successfully, leaving me feeling quite confident about utilizing the workflow tools effectively. This level of preparedness wasn’t something I had anticipated prior to starting the training, so I genuinely appreciated the depth of instruction provided.
