Training was a mixed bag; confidence built slightly but gaps remained
At first, I was hopeful that the training and onboarding process would equip me thoroughly for the software’s features, but that wasn’t exactly the case. The training material helped me a bit with understanding the basic workflow and how to use the dialer, but I often felt left on my own when it came to more complex database features. The sessions were structured but didn’t entirely match my pace, and I struggled to feel fully confident by the end. What I appreciated was that the training was not overly rushed, giving small pauses for questions, although I sometimes felt those were quickly brushed over. I would say the onboarding was clearer, with step-by-step guidance that worked well to get started, even if the detailed use later was unclear. The overall impression was that I gained some foundation but still had to rely on figuring out a lot independently, which was a bit daunting given the software’s complexity. I did feel a slight reservation about whether the initial support would be enough as I moved beyond basics.
