Training was a mixed bag but I'd consider doing it again

Reflecting on the training and onboarding experience with WorkFromHomeIndia, I found it had its highs and lows across the days. Initially, the onboarding was chaotic; the guidance on using the calling tools felt rushed and sometimes I was unsure if I was following the process correctly. Over time, however, the daily usage became smoother as I got more familiar with the dialer and database features. The automatic updates occasionally changed interfaces, which sometimes disrupted workflow unexpectedly but also introduced useful new options. The telephonic support was helpful but not always readily available, so I had to wait for assistance at certain points. While the training materials were quite thorough, some concepts took multiple sessions to fully grasp. Considering all this, I wouldn’t say I would outright avoid repeating the training, but I would prepare for the ups and downs and not expect it to be perfectly straightforward. In the end, the software does have value if you are willing to invest time and effort in getting accustomed to it, but the onboarding journey itself could be more consistent to avoid those frustrating moments.
