Training was a mix of one-time setup and ongoing learning, would do it again
The onboarding training for the software started with a detailed session on setting up the database and dialing tools, which felt like a one-off process. That initial phase required concentration to set up everything correctly. Following that, there were periodic sessions explaining automatic updates and how to adapt to them, which were ongoing as the product evolved. The portal itself was mostly intuitive but getting used to all features did require some time beyond initial training. Telephonic support was available to answer questions but not always immediately, which meant some problems had to wait until the next training call or self-guided research. The invoice and payment processing was straightforward and well explained during onboarding. Considering these points, I would choose to go through the process again because the mix of setup and continuous learning helped maintain smooth workflows. However, it is important to understand that you will continuously have to learn new aspects as updates roll out, rather than everything being done up front. Overall, not perfect in every detail but effective enough that repeated enrollment would be worthwhile.
