Training was a mix of ease and confusion
When I started the training and onboarding with WFHI, I found that some parts were quite easy to understand, especially the walkthroughs for setting up calling tools and the database integration. However, there were areas where I had to figure things out on my own, particularly regarding customization options and the automatic update features. It made me think if the training could cover more real-life scenarios or step-by-step guides for these less obvious functions. On one hand, I could use the software effectively in a relatively short time thanks to the support materials. On the other hand, the lack of in-depth discussion about some important workflow steps left a bit of confusion. Overall, while the onboarding experience had its strengths, it wasn’t seamless; it combined helpful guidance with the need for personal troubleshooting. This makes me cautious but moderately optimistic as I expect to keep getting better at using it with time and further hands-on experience.
