Training was a mismatch for my working hours, worst was late evening session
From the start, I found the training hours offered by WFHI did not fit my actual work schedule at all. This became a major problem because I was unable to participate in most live sessions without rearranging other commitments. What really stood out as a negative was the late evening training session that was supposed to help clarify some important features. It was inconvenient and difficult to attend consistently. Because of the timing, I missed crucial parts and ended up feeling lost. The onboarding process also assumed more availability than I had, which made it frustrating. While the trainers were knowledgeable, the scheduling made it impossible for me to keep pace with the course effectively. If the times had been more flexible or spread out, it would have been much better. As it stands, the hours made it very difficult for me to benefit from the training.
