Training was a decent effort, nothing too fancy
Compared to some other platforms I have tried before, WFHI’s training and onboarding felt fairly straightforward, though it did require a fair bit of focus from my side. The sessions weren’t overly complicated, but they needed me to pay attention and practice alongside. It wasn’t that it was tough; more that to really get how the dialer and database features integrate smoothly with the workflow took some time. The automatic updates made life easier because I didn’t have to worry about manually updating anything. The onboarding process included clear instructions, so I didn’t feel lost even though the platform has a lot of moving parts. Overall, it might not have been the fastest or simplest training I have used, but it was solid and well-structured. The invoicing and payment steps were clear and didn’t take up much time, which is always a plus. I probably won’t say it was effortless, but it was manageable enough considering the complexity it handles. All in all, a reasonable balance between effort and payoff, which suits me fine.
