Training walked me through basics, but left me guessing on details
I signed up for the WFHI training and onboarding to get a hang of their remote workflow software. The first modules were clear enough, especially the initial setup steps and how to navigate the dashboard, which I found helpful. However, as the course progressed, some of the explanations about using the dialer and managing the integrated database felt rushed or incomplete. It seemed like they assumed a bit more prior experience than I had, so I was left needing to repeat sections or pause the videos to figure things out on my own. The sign-up and invoicing process came across as user-friendly, which at least reduced some stress. One positive aspect was the telephonic support during onboarding; when I reached out, they were courteous and tried to guide me through my stuck points. Still, I wish the training had been more thorough on advanced features or common troubleshooting scenarios. Overall, I think the initial clarity was a good foundation, but I found myself uncertain about how some parts of the software would fit into my daily routine without additional help. That gap felt like a small reservation since the training felt like it could better prepare users who aren’t already familiar with similar platforms. I hope future updates will expand on these areas to make the learning curve less steep for newcomers like me.
