Training took too long to get going, disappointing
I was eager to start using the WorkFromHomeIndia software after signing up, but the training and onboarding process took far longer than I expected. The initial steps to access the platform and understand the workflow were confusing and slow, despite attempting multiple support calls. I found myself waiting days before things started to make sense and I could actually begin utilising the calling tools properly. This delay was frustrating because I had anticipated a quicker turnaround from purchase to effective use. Although the training material was intended to help, the pace and structure didn’t match my expectations, leaving me feeling stuck for longer periods than planned. I appreciate the attempt and the support seemed friendly, but evidently this product did not suit my immediate needs due to the time it required to get going. Hopefully, others might have a smoother experience, but from my perspective, the onboarding was definitely not quick nor seamless.
