Training took time, but onboarding had some clear parts
The onboarding started fairly simply with signing up and navigating the software dashboard. However, it quickly became apparent that getting to grips with all the calling tools would take longer than I'd imagined. The initial training sessions explained how to use the dialer and the database features, which I found fairly helpful. But until I got used to scheduling calls with automatic updates on contacts, I felt slowed down. The sign-up and payment parts were straightforward. Still, the overall time before I was comfortable working independently was frustratingly long compared to what I had hoped. The telephonic support was responsive, but not enough to speed up the learning curve substantially.
