Training took time but at least the onboarding wasn't confusing
The training provided was quite lengthy and took more time than I had anticipated to get through everything. Onboarding itself was straightforward enough and I was able to sign up without major issues. While the length of the training felt excessive, it did cover a fair amount of material and wasn’t confusing at any point. I suppose the balance was that although it took a while, the clarity of what was shown and explained helped me get started eventually. Still, I expected a quicker route to being able to use all features effectively. In the end, it wasn’t a terrible experience but I think the overall time needed before feeling comfortable might put some people off or slow down their progress. I would say it’s a tradeoff between having detailed instruction and achieving speedy onboarding, with this leaning toward the former.
