Training took some time but worth explaining to a friend
Reflecting now on how the training and onboarding process went, I’d say it was a solid experience overall. When I first signed up, I was a bit surprised at how long it took to fully understand all the features, especially the dialer and database setup. The training sessions were detailed, which was helpful but meant getting through all of them required quite a bit of time and patience. Since I use the software daily, that upfront investment has paid off, but it wasn't immediate gratification. On the positive side, the trainings were comprehensive enough that I rarely feel stuck now, and the updates seem to be integrated smoothly so I don’t have to relearn everything too often. If I were explaining this to a friend, I’d say it’s definitely a solid product once you’re up to speed, just don’t expect to become expert overnight. The initial time investment is definitely noticeable, but it sets you on the right path for managing remote workflows effectively.
