Training took some time but fit my working hours mostly
I found the training and onboarding to be fairly relevant to the hours I actually work, though there were a few moments where the schedule felt a bit off. The sessions were comprehensive and covered all necessary topics, from how to use the dialer tools to managing the database feature. That said, sometimes the live training clashes with peak work hours, which can be inconvenient if you’re juggling other tasks or projects. On the plus side, the recorded materials are helpful for catching up at your own pace, so if I missed something in the scheduled session, I could watch it later. The onboarding flow was logical overall, guiding me step-by-step through software setup, invoicing, and payment processes. A minor downside was the time it took to get fully comfortable with all tools—especially the calling features—but this improved with practice. It’s clear the training team has tailored content to fit typical remote workflow hours, which I appreciate, though some flexibility in live session timing would improve the experience. Still, the time invested in onboarding felt justified because I now feel capable of navigating the platform efficiently.
