Training took some effort to maintain daily use
Using WFHI’s training and onboarding was a mix of ups and downs once I moved past the initial stages. At first, everything seemed well structured and clearly explained, which was encouraging. But as I used the software day to day afterwards, training didn’t always keep pace with the real-world problems I faced. Sometimes the database features required more work to manage records efficiently, and I had to backtrack to re-learn aspects of the calling tool to avoid errors. The training classes themselves were fine to get started, but I noticed I had to put in extra effort on my own to fully integrate the software into my daily tasks without hiccups. The sign-up and invoicing remained straightforward through it all, which was a relief. Overall, the effort to maintain everything day to day was higher than I expected, so I’d say it required moderate ongoing commitment to use effectively.
