Training took quite some time to feel confident

When I first started with WFHI's training and onboarding, I wasn't really sure if I was getting the hang of things quickly or dragging behind. The sessions covered a lot, which was good, but it felt like some material repeated in different modules, making the total time quite long. I appreciated the software walkthroughs and live practice calls provided early on, though sometimes the pace was a bit fast and I had to replay parts to catch up. I wasn't very confident about whether I'd mastered the calling tools or database features by the end of it, but the follow-up support calls helped clear some doubts. The automatic updates changed a few interface elements unexpectedly, which threw me off temporarily, suggesting that ongoing updates mean you have to stay alert even after training. The signing-in and payment setup were straightforward, at least, which I liked. In general, I think the comprehensive approach is good, but if there was a way to streamline it or offer smaller chunks focused on core skills first, I might have felt more assured sooner. Still, the overall experience prepared me reasonably well to manage the workflow they expect.
