Training took much longer than I thought it would
Honestly, compared to other platforms I have tried before, the training and onboarding here took way longer than I expected. I was hoping to get everything set up quickly, but I had to spend a lot of time figuring out the dialer and database features myself. The instructions were not as straightforward or user-friendly as I have seen previously, which made the whole process frustrating. I kept chatting with friends about how I wished it was more intuitive because the automatic updates sometimes changed settings without much notice. It felt like I spent most of the time just learning how to use the software rather than actually using it productively.
