The training sessions were quite lengthy and did not fit well with my working hours. I found it difficult to allocate enough continuous time to go through all the material and practical exercises. Sometimes the pace felt slow, which stretched the whole onboarding process longer than I had anticipated. Although the training content was thorough, it was hard to sync it with my actual daily schedule. This made the overall experience frustrating, as I had to make frequent adjustments to fit the training into my day. I ended up taking breaks often, which disrupted my workflow and caused delays.
