Reflecting on my experience, the training and onboarding did not quite match what I initially antici

Reflecting on my experience, the training and onboarding did not quite match what I initially anticipated. I had pictured a more concise and targeted learning path, but instead, the process took far longer than I thought it would. The modules felt somewhat disconnected from the actual software use and sometimes redundant, which made me question if the time investment was worthwhile. While some parts of the training were informative, I found that a few topics felt outdated or not immediately applicable, which slowed down my progress. On the positive side, the onboarding guide helped me navigate the initial setup without much trouble, which was reasonably straightforward. Still, the overall duration and the mismatch with my expectations left me questioning whether the training was designed with actual user needs in mind. In hindsight, I would have preferred a quicker, more streamlined approach.
