Training Took More Effort Than What I Had Used Before
Compared to my previous experiences, the WFHI training demanded a bit more effort, especially on the modules involving the calling tools and database features. I distinctly remember one particular session where the dialer interface was explained; it took several tries to understand and feel comfortable using it fully, which was probably more challenging than past trainings I've attended elsewhere. The onboarding flow was clear but paced in a way that I needed some extra time to absorb everything properly. Other than that, the automatic updates kept the software well-maintained, which was convenient and saved me some manual check time. The invoicing and payment process was easy, so I didn’t struggle with that. Telephonic support was there if needed, although I didn't rely heavily on it. Overall, the training wasn’t a walk in the park and required consistent attention. It felt more involved yet probably justified given the robust nature of the software features they provide for remote workflows.
