Training took more effort than I expected but was worth it
When I first started with WFHI, I imagined the training and onboarding would be a bit lighter—maybe a couple of hours and then straight into using the software. But it took a bit more effort, turning into several sessions that really made me understand the database and calling tools deeply. It felt more like a process where you learn bits gradually rather than all at once, which was actually helpful in the end. There were times I thought, is this ever going to get simpler? But then again, I found myself going back to those training parts when I faced real-world issues with the dialer or database. It matched my expectations for depth, even if I originally hoped it would be snap-easy. The follow-up support and automatic updates made it smoother after onboarding was done. So, all in all, it took some commitment but I feel prepared to keep going with this setup and make good use of the features.
