Training took longer than I expected but had good and bad points
Compared to other remote workflow training systems I've used previously, WFHI’s software required more time to fully understand and get comfortable with it. The onboarding process was detailed but sometimes felt overly complex; I spent more hours than anticipated navigating the database and using the calling tools effectively. However, the automatic updates ensured the software stayed current without me needing to intervene much, which was a definite advantage over past experiences. Telephonic support was reactive rather than proactive, so when I encountered issues, responses were sometimes delayed. The payment and invoicing system was straightforward and clear, removing any concerns about billing, which I appreciated. Overall, while I found myself investing additional effort and time during onboarding compared to other platforms, the comprehensive nature of the training and the robustness of the software balanced out the longer timeline. It’s a trade-off that might suit users who don’t mind spending extra time upfront for stability.
