The onboarding training was decent in terms of content but the wording and labels used in the softwa

The onboarding training was decent in terms of content but the wording and labels used in the software were sometimes unclear. It took me quite a while to figure out what each function actually did because the labels didn’t always match the descriptions given. Some parts were straightforward and the steps made sense quickly, like setting up basic profile info. However, the dialer and database interfaces felt confusing at points due to inconsistent naming, which slowed me down. I expected smoother guidance on terminology to reduce the learning curve but ended up spending extra time experimenting. That said, the training did cover the main features so I can work with it now, just not as efficiently as I had hoped. Overall, the word choice wasn’t always intuitive while reading instructions or video lessons, which added frustration. I think with some adjustments, future users could get through faster. For now, though, it took significantly more time than I initially planned and I found myself rechecking manuals.
