Training took longer but was clear enough to follow
The training sessions were longer than I anticipated, which was a bit inconvenient with my schedule. However, the explanations were clear and methodical, so despite the time investment, I felt well-prepared by the end. The trainers covered the calling tools and database features in detail, which definitely helped me grasp how to integrate them into my daily workflow. The onboarding flow made sure every step was covered, from sign-up through to using the dialer effectively. Although I would have preferred shorter sessions, the content did its job well enough to get me up and running. What I appreciated the most was the patience in addressing questions during the training, which saved me time later during actual use. If you have the patience to stick through it, the clarity of instruction is a definite plus.
