Training took its time but got me ready eventually
Starting the training and onboarding with WFHI was an interesting journey. Initially, I thought I’d be up and running much faster than what actually happened. The materials they provided were detailed, which helped, but going through all the modules and familiarizing myself with the software took longer than I expected. There were moments when it felt overwhelming, like trying to keep up with each step of setting up the dialer and connecting with the database features. Still, once I crossed that learning curve, I found the training quite effective. The interactive sessions made it easier to understand the more complex parts, and the automatic updates kept the training content relevant. What I appreciated most was the telephonic support during onboarding – having someone to clarify points over the phone made a big difference. On the flip side, some of the setup steps could be explained more clearly to reduce initial confusion. But all in all, even with the extra time it took to fully get started, I’d say it was worth it for the confidence it gave me using the software effectively in my remote workflow.
