Training took effort, some parts better than what I've used before
Starting with WFHI's onboarding and training, I found it to be a mixed experience. Compared to other platforms I've used, it definitely had some strengths like clear step-by-step videos and a decent pace. However, I noticed that getting fully set up wasn’t immediate; some parts required more time and effort than I'd hoped, especially while configuring the database features alongside the dialer integration. It felt like I was circling back to the same modules a couple of times before really grasping changes in workflow. On the bright side, the training materials were accessible and allowed me to revisit difficult topics, which helped eventually. But in contrast to simpler training I've had before, this required more patience and trial, which was a bit tiring. Still, once through the initial setup, using the workflow software became smoother and better aligned with what I'd expected going in. So overall, some effort was needed, but it paid off enough to keep using the system.
