Training took effort but was steady and manageable
The training and onboarding experience was quite involved, requiring me to go over certain modules multiple times before I felt confident moving forward. The pace was reasonable but sometimes I found myself waiting for the next session to unlock before I could progress further, which felt a bit slow. Despite that, the material was clear and the interactive parts helped reinforce the lessons well. Setting up my profile and getting used to navigating the software meant I had to repeat some practice calls a few times, largely because I was eager to understand all the features thoroughly. I appreciated that automatic updates during this phase fixed some initial bugs in the dialer without interrupting my flow. Overall, the process demanded consistent attention and patience but was worth the effort, and the telephonic support staff were always available to clarify my doubts if I got stuck at any point. This steady progression made onboarding manageable, even though it wasn’t the quickest journey.
