Training took around two hours but wording was clear
Initially, I was concerned that the training and onboarding process might be long and confusing because sometimes software tutorials use jargon that makes them unnecessarily complicated. But in this case, the entire training took just about two hours, which was shorter than I expected. The onboarding steps were logically arranged and the labels on the user interface made sense to me right away; I didn’t have to guess what a button or a feature was for. This was a contrast to other products I tried before, where I often felt lost in technical language. Using the calling tools and dialer during training helped me grasp how the features fit into my workflow, and the database feature was explained with relevant examples which made it easy to understand. Automatic updates happened in the background without interrupting me. The sign-up and payment processes were clear and quick as well. Overall, the concise time and sensible phrasing of instructions made my experience practical and more effective than what I was prepared for initially.
