Training took a lot more effort than expected
The onboarding and training process felt quite cumbersome overall. I started out optimistic, thinking the materials would make me feel confident about using the software quickly. Unfortunately, the sessions were lengthy and sometimes repetitive which made it hard to stay focused. While the trainers knew their material, the practical examples seemed disconnected from what I needed day-to-day. By the end, I felt only somewhat prepared and still uncertain about several key features. It was better than no training at all, but it definitely required extra self-study time to fill gaps. So, while I appreciate the effort put into the onboarding, it did not completely deliver for my needs especially given the time investment I had to make to feel moderately ready.
