Training took a fair amount of effort overall
The training started pretty well, and the onboarding process was somewhat clear, but I had to spend quite a bit of time figuring out some parts on my own. The video tutorials covered the basics, but when it came to using the dialer and managing the database, I wasn't immediately confident. I appreciate that the software is powerful, but it felt like I needed extra practice beyond what was offered. By the time I finished the official sessions, I was only halfway confident I knew all the features well enough to work smoothly. The automatic updates sometimes changed user interface elements, which meant I had to relearn parts of what I had just trained on. Support was available, but it wasn't always immediately reachable, so troubleshooting felt a bit slow. Overall, the training laid a good foundation, but I wouldn't say I felt fully ready without investing additional hours to understand the workflow management aspects. The effort to onboard was noticeable, yet manageable, given the complexity of the software itself. For someone looking for a quick onboarding, this might require patience and self-driven learning alongside the training provided.
