Training toh mili, but sab kuch perfect nahi tha
So, I began the training with high expectations and was pretty curious about how fast things would roll out. The people helping were pretty responsive overall, they replied to questions within a day which felt okay. Par ek baar mera ek sawal thoda late answer hua, so thodi frustration hui, but on the whole they kept up. Jo onboarding steps hain, woh detailed the and I could easily use the dialer and database features after the lessons. Lekin ek thing jo thoda dikkat wali thi, woh thi ki kabhi kabhi remote support thoda slow lagti thi, which made me wait more than I had thought. Despite that, mujhe laga ki main kaafi kuch samajh gayi thi training ke baad and I was able to work on the software quite properly. Finishing the training felt good, though I hoped for quicker responses sometimes, especially when I was stuck on some settings. Sab mila ke outcome yeh hi hai ki I got what I needed, par thoda aur prompt help better hoti.
