Training toh expect zyada thi, par mila kam tha
Main training aur onboarding ko lekar thoda excited thi, par jo mila woh utna impressed nahi kar paya. Jab software aur dialer ka use karna start kiya toh kaafi confusion hua, aur support jo di gayi woh fully helpful nahi thi mujhko. Training sessions bade the, par unmein practical cheezein kam thi, jisse samajhne mein mushkil hui. Mujhe laga tha ki software ke features quickly samajh aa jayenge aur use karna asaan hoga, par ye kaafi slow process tha. Invoicing aur payment ke liye bhi thoda elaborate explanation chahiye tha, jo proper nahi tha. Overall expectations aur actual experience mein kafi fark tha, isliye mujhe lagta hai ki agar training zyada interactive aur detailed hoti toh main zyada confident feel karti.
