I joined WFHI thinking it might take days to get used to the system but honestly training was quick and straightforward. The modules were easy to samajh and the dialer tools main kam samjh main aaya within a couple of sessions. Onboarding process bhi simple tha, koi extra tension nai thi. Automatic updates aate rahe jo bina kisi rukawat ke implement ho gaye. Software ka interface mujhe consistent aur straightforward laga, jo meri efficiency badhane mein madad karta tha. Thoda time laga database ko set up karne mein but uske baad sapne kaam chalata raha. Mujhe lagta hai ki mere liye jitna training chahiye tha mile, koi unnecessary detail mein nahi gaya tha. Support se jab bhi contact kiya, response tezi se mila jo help karta tha agar koi confusion hota tha. Overall experience thoda light aur easy tha, jisne mujhe jaldi ready kar diya full workflow ke liye. Mujhe lagta hai main aage bhi ye software use karta rahunga without much problem, jo ek achhi baat hai.
