Training timing did not fit my actual work hours
The training and onboarding simply did not align well with the hours I actually work. Many modules were scheduled assuming a nine-to-five day, which didn’t match my more flexible or shifted hours. Because of this, I found myself missing live sessions and having to catch up through recordings, which felt less engaging. The pace was sometimes too fast for when I could attend, and at times, important updates came during odd hours that made participation inconvenient. Honestly, I felt the timing would work well only for those following a conventional work schedule. For me, it caused unnecessary stress and disrupted my workflow. There was no clear accommodation for different time zones or flexible timings. I tried to adapt, but it didn’t fit my needs realistically. So, my clear verdict is that the training schedule needs serious adjustment for those working outside typical office hours.
