Training thodi mehnat laini padi, but totally worth it!
Mujhe thoda zyada waqt laga training ko complete karne mein kyunki kuch sessions repetitive the aur kabhi kabhi mujhe wait karna padta tha jab software update ho raha tha. Lekin overall, main kaafi khush hoon ki ye training experience itna organized tha ki main step by step process samajh paaya. Onboarding ke dauran dialer use karna aur database features ko manage karna seekhna simple bana diya gaya tha. Har ek module mein jo bhi tools dikhaye gaye, unka practical use bhi explain kiya gaya tha, jo meri learning ko asaan banaata tha. Telephonic support bhi prompt tha jab main stuck ho gaya tha. Main yeh kahe sakta hoon ki thoda patience se kaam lena pada, par main full effort ke baad is setup ko confidently use kar raha hoon.
