I was expecting ki onboarding thoda time lega but honestly, it was done pretty quickly. The training part was thoda repetitive laga because some cheeze baar baar samjhaye ja rahe the, aur thoda wait bhi hua jab main next step pe move karna chahti thi. But overall, the training provided mujhe helpful laga because in the repetition se clarity aati hai. Dialer aur database ke features pe focus training me achha tha aur system samajhne me help kiya. Sign-up process bhi smooth raha, koi major dikkat nahi hui. Software updates automatically hoti rahi and they didn’t disrupt anything, which was relieving. Telephonic support ne bhi kabhi kabhi jaldi help ki, par kabhi delay bhi thi jo thodi irritating thi. Payment process aur invoice milna acha raha, sab time pe hua. Mujhe laga ki agar thoda better coordination hota training and onboarding ke beech, to aur acha experience milta. Overall, thoda tedious laga but jo benefit mila usse kafi hai.
